GTGis Services is a small owner-operated business  specializing in Geographic Information System consulting and technical services. The focus of each project is to develop a strategy for the future maintenance of the GIS to be performed by the contracting agency rather than a consultant.

ESRI software applications are used in database development (personal or enterprise), data conversion, customization, project mapping, field applications and for any other GIS needs. The goal of GTGis Services is to assist small publicly funded agencies with developing an affordable GIS in order to improve public information. This goal is achieved through solid partnership with ESRI and your agency to incorporate the most effective and efficient solution for your business requirements.

Our client base spans various industries, including Water/Wastewater Utilities and Metro Park Organizations.

 

Business Experience

• GTGis Services is owned and operated by Judy Holtvogt, GISP.  Judy has over 20 years of GIS experience as well as a strong background in project management as a result from her career as a IT/GIS Manager for a County organization. Other experience from her 35+ year tenure with the County includes GIS conversion, construction management, Cityworks implementation, Enterprise GIS development, ArcServer implementation, Field Applications for Utilities, Computer Aided Drafting, project Request For Proposals, Grant writing, and departmental IT budgeting.
• Educational background includes the Geographic Information System Professional Certification from the GIS Certification Institute and a Professional Certificate in Geographic Information Science from Oregon State University. 
• GTGis Services has provided GIS technical and consulting services since 2009 in the form of geospatial data organization, geodatabase creation, short and long term planning for GIS development, database conversion, special 3D applications and many special project involving utility data.
